Recording Podcasts With Transcription in Mind
Podcasts are serial video or audio digital files available over the internet either for streaming or download. Podcasts can essentially be any form of recordings including; recorded lectures, news updates, guided museum / city tours, business meetings and sermons as well as a number of other audio recordings. When recording any audio or video podcasts, the transcription process should be factored in mind. The success of the transcription process relies largely on the quality of the recorded podcasts.
The preparation phase should be meticulously structured. The production process varies with different recording environments, and set backs should always be expected. Source for the recording equipment required, well in advance, and carry out test recordings to learn how to properly handle the equipment.
Be sure to examine this informative article very cautiously, the matter and the alternatives have plenty of varieties. Prepare a script or list of interview questions to be used for the recording. Rehearse the script and time yourself to determine how long it would take to complete the recording process. Send the list of interview questions to the interviewee, before the day of the recording, so that they can also prepare for the interview. Indicate how long you intend to record the interview session so that the interviewee can structure their answers with time in mind.

Select an ideal location for the recording to minimize on distortions and interruptions. The quality of the recording is affected by the environment where the recording is taking place. Indoor locations can be better controlled during a recording. Make sure to, kindly; ask for consideration from parties around the recording area, to turn off any audio interrupters such as cell phones, computers and televisions. On the actual recording day; walk the interviewee, or any party involved in the recording, through the entire process. Not everyone is familiar with the requirements of an audio / video recording and it’s therefore important to let them know what is expected from them. Warm them up before commencing the actual recording process.
If possible record the podcast in bits. Pause when switching to different topics or questions to give the interviewee time to collect their chain of thoughts. Mistakes shouldn’t be taken as a set back, simply pause and run through the section again. Try and maintain a conversational tone, which will in turn steer the interviewee to provide flowing and conversational answers, which is ideal for podcasts.
Monitor the recording process, using headphones, to make sure that you’re capturing the desired audio. Get an audio engineer to record the session; if you can afford it.

The Most Successful Female Recording Artist of All Time. Is it even questionable? So Guiness World Records 2010 has just officially named Madonna as the best selling female recording artist of all time. Madonna's tours have grossed over a billion with the 2008/2009 Sticky and Sweet stadium/arena tour as the Highest Grossing Tour by a Solo Artist in history, breaking Michael and her own record. In America she’s the #2 best selling female recording artist in RIAA history as well as the #2 most successful Hot one hundred artist. “Hung Up” reached #1 in fourty-five countries worldwide and Hard Candy holds the record for most #1 debuts at thirty-seven different countries (including: US, UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, Australia, Japan, Mexico, Argentina, Canada, South Africa etc.)…Why do people still mention Mariah Carey, Britney and Celine Dion (and Nana Soukori) when it's so obvious that Madonna has had a career that eclipses all other females and even Elvis and MJ in many areas (touring, singles, longevity). She's been nominated and won more MTV awards than any other artist and she STILL can outsell Mariah and Celine these days. So if she’s already #1 in sales for selling over 275-325 million records and is officially the best charting international artist of the 2000's, then WTF? Why the argueing? I give Mariah and Celine the edge in singing, but a good voice doesn't really matter in the end. Besides, even though Madonna isn't the best singer, she can still sing pretty damn well (EVITA) and perform the best of anyone and still at the cutting edge of dance and entertainment, selling out stadiums anywhere on earth…Why is this even a discussion? Sorry, just wondering because it's so blatantly obvious that Madonna is #1 and the Queen of Pop.
Recording Documents. Recording Documents. Finance implemented a new program to assist property owners by attempting to limit the harm caused by recording a fraudulent document.
Thank goodness it was madonna and not someone that has been annoying me lately. Suprisingly madonna is still around because she has had tons of hits, i'm wondering why her daughter hasn't decided to sing and design instead.

Recording club. Blocks Recording Club and the Gladstone Hotel proudly present … We’ve a surprisingly great track record! Wow! Congrats guys! …
You just answered your own question. And to be honest there are a lot of great female artist so it’s hard for me to choose. But I was thinking Janet Jackson. But I do like Madonna I love her songs “Like a Virgin”, “Papa Don't Preach”, “Lucky Star”, and most of all “Like a Prayer”.
I didn’t buy through this blog. But this recorder is terrible. Freezes many times during DVD recording. RCA passes you on to another company for assistance. Recording from VHS to DVD is poor quality. Pass this one by!

This is a perfectly good recorder, although it is easy to overlook the fact that the microphone is really sensitive. If you are only doing recordings sitting down in a room, it works. But as soon as you are moving and at the same time touch the recorder. You’ll be dissapointed… Every sound of touching and breathing is recorded, and I higly recommend bying some windsscreen at the same time. Also I am waiting for a case of protection, to make it easier to carry around.
You could've stopped at the first sentence. & She's been dubbed Queen of Pop & has been so?
There’s a new Wizard in the merry old land of Oz, make way! The London Palladium recording of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s production of THE WIZARD OF OZ is the most exciting and satisfying score I’ve heard in years. Webber has certainly used his magic to enhance perennial favorites (OVER THE RAINBOW, sung by Danielle Hope, bringing a new sincerity and clarity to it, revealing perhaps for the first time that the song is not just for a little girl. Fun songs like DING, DONG THE WITCH IS DEAD, THE MERRY OLD LAND OF OZ, etc. Sound new; WONDERS OF THE WORLD and BRING ME THE BROOMSTICK are but 2 (new) Michael Crawford standouts, RED SHOES BLUES, a campy mad waltz sung by Hannah Waddingham as the Witch is a show-stopper of the first order, ALREADY HOME, (Emily Tierney’s Glinda) & Dorothy, is an almost heart-breaking anthem.. Outstanding performances from Michael Crawford (The Wizard), the best thing he is done since PHANTOM; Danielle Hope (Dorothy) is a new treasure and Hannah Waddingham (The Witch) knows how to vamp. Plus, a big Bravo to the entire cast and orchestra. The whole show is rich, multi-layered and satisfying beyond belief. I have not stopped playing this CD since I received it. I am sure I will not be alone in that.
